Thank you to all who participated in the Marina View Heights Association meeting on August 30th, 2025. With your support, we were able to comfortably achieve a quorum and conduct official business.

We are pleased to share that a favorable vote was secured to move forward with the replacement of F Dock. This is an important improvement for our marina, and we are eager to begin the process.

The following dues and assessments were voted upon for 2025 -2026.

2025/2026 Marina Dues  $1500.00

2025/2026 F-Dock Replacement $3500.00 

Total  $5,000.00

Due November 1st, 2025

ARTICLE III

Section 6

* Dues and fees can be paid in two installments.  The first installment payment is due no later than November 1st of the assessed year. The second installment is payment due no later than May 1st of the following year. The entire assessment will become due and payable and subject to an assessed administrative fee if the first installment payment is not received by November 1st.

In the event that any member fails to pay the assessed dues, or first installment payment of the dues, by November 1st of the assessed year, any dues or fees provided for in this Section, a $100.00 administrative fee shall be assessed.

iv. Additional late fees of $100 will be incurred every 30 days thereafter the initial $100 late fee, until the total dues and late fees are paid.
